Itinerary
Departure from Los Cristianos
Your adventure begins in the port of Los Cristianos in Tenerife, where you will board a ferry for an exciting two and a half hour trip to the island of La Palma.
Santa Cruz de La Palma
You’ll arrive in Santa Cruz de La Palma, where you’ll have half an hour to explore the beautiful historic town before boarding a bus to the Mirador de la Concepción. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Caldera and the island’s capital.
The Time Tunnel and Tajogaite Volcano
The next stop will be the “tunnel of time”, where you will observe how the vegetation changes on the way to the Tajogaite volcano. The expert guides will explain about volcanology, the formation of the Canary Islands and the historical eruptions on La Palma.
Tacande and Tazacorte
You will head to the district of Tacande to get a panoramic view of the volcano and then continue to Tazacorte, where you can see the lava flows of Cumbre Vieja. Here, you will enjoy a delicious lunch with typical Canarian dishes.
Tajuya viewpoint
The last stop will be at the Mirador de Tajuya for a final view of the impressive volcano before returning to Santa Cruz de La Palma for the ferry ride back to Tenerife.
